RULES AND REGULATIONS

Passengers are requested to go through all the terms and
conditions before booking the tour. Once you have booked the
tour, it is taken for granted that you have read and
understood the rules and regulations laid down by the
company. |

1. |
At the time of booking, every person will have to pay 35% of
the tour cost in advance, and the remaining payment should
be made 15 days before the departure date of the tour. And,
if the booking is made 20days before tour departure, full
payment shall be made in cash. |

2. |
Cheques can be accepted within this period otherwise the
client has to make the payment in cash. The balance
payment of the tour should be made 15 days before the
commencement of the tour. |

3. |
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or demand draft, drawn/
payable in Mumbai, on account of "DHAVAL TOURS". |
|
4. |
Tour cost in every tour mentioned includes railway III tier
sleeper. sight seeing and traveling by 2X2 luxury coach (in
case there are few tourist, then the sight seeing and
traveling can be arranged by Sumo, Tempo Traveler, Mini
Bus). |

Hotel stay will be on twin-sharing basis or family basis
inclusive of all meals that is breakfast, lunch and dinner. |
|
5. |
Seats in the coach are allotted on a First-cum-First-serve
basis. Therefore everyone should try to make their
reservations as early as possible. |
|
6. |
Travel arrangements to and from the airport to the hotel is
at the customer's own cost for destinations other than those
specially mentioned in our schedule. |
|
7. |
In case of the cancellation of the tour by the organisation
for want of sufficient number of participants, the entire
amount paid by the prospective participants shall be returned
by the company by cheque against receipt only. They have to
make an application in writing to receive the amount. |

8. |
The organisation has the sole authority to make changes in
program. |
|
9. |
Though we have published the names of the hotel of each
tour, we reserve the right to change the same due to
unavoidable circumstances. |
|
10. |
In most hotels, extra bed provided constitutes the mattress
with bed sheet, blanket and pillows. |
|
11. |
After the commencement of the tour, no changes in tour
schedule or booking done for the traveling with us are
permitted. |
|
12. |
As the rail reservation system has been computerised all
over India, it is possible to reserve tickets 3 months in
advance. Should anyone desire to travel by A/C coach, he or
she has to book 3 months in advance. However, this subject
to the availability of seats during the peak season on
account of rush to travel. We reserve the right to change
the train due to non-availability of birth. In the event of
the non-availability of direct reservation, break journey/
tatkal passengers have to carry original photo ID card for
purchase of tickets and the difference in fares, if any,
will have to be paid by the passengers.
* If there are any changes in the reservation of tickets as
per the desire of client/ passenger, cancellation of each
ticket will be charged Rs. 100/- per person. |

13. |
The dated-tour program and hotel address list with telephone
numbers will be given at the time when balance payment is
made 15 days before the commencement of the tour. |

14. |
Once the booking of the tour is made, refund is not
permitted. However, you have the option to travel within one
year from the date of the booking. |
|
15. |
A discount of 5% for senior citizen is given, only on actual
tour cost. No other type of discount is granted. |
|
16. |
Cancellation of the tour implies deduction from the tour
cost under the following circumstances. |
|
a. 10 days before the tour- 30% deduction from the tour
cost. |
|
b. 5 days before the tour- 50% deduction from the tour cost. |

c. 1 day before the tour or on the day of departure -
100% deduction from the tour cost. |
|
17. |
The tour organisation in no circumstances is liable for: |
| |
* Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss,
delay, discomfort, increased expense, consequential loss
or damage or theft. |
| |
* Temporary or permanent loss or damage to baggage or
personal effects however caused. The organisation reserves
the rights to claim any additional amount of
expenses due to delay in train, bus, air or any other
weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other
cause. All the losses and expenses will have to be borne by
the passengers. |

* If, after commencement of the program the tour has to be
cut short for political or other reason or if the program is
to be curtailed before the due period and the company is
compelled to bring the participants back to Mumbai, the
participant shall not be entitled to any refund of the
charges of the tour. |

18. |
The company reserve the right to publish the passenger's
photograph or group photographs without intimation or
permission of the passenger or group. |
|
19. |
In case of hike in diesel/ petrol rates, there can be
corresponding increase in the tour cost. |
|
20. |
The passenger is liable to pay SERVICE TAX 3.09% on the tour
cost. |
